Quick, grab and go snacks are must these days with our busy schedules but that never means you have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition. As a long-time fan of KIND Bars I was psyched to try their new offering, KIND Healthy Grains and am just as excited to give you the chance to try this too!KIND Healthy Grains are the newest healthy and tasty snack from KIND. These crunchy “granola-like” clusters are made from healthful whole grains, fruits and nuts. Each of the six flavors feature delicious, artisanal blends of 100% whole grains (that are gluten free i might add) such as amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat, along with nutrition powerhouses like blueberries, walnuts, chia seeds and flax…YUM!

While this granola looks delicious enough to be eaten plain, I would jazz it up by making whole wheat, quinoa, banana, and KIND granola pancakes – taking banana nut pancakes to a whole new nutritious and delicious level.

It’s nice and warm in the south the days are bright and sunny. As I sit in the sun with my feet in the sand my belly growls for something fur filing, fresh, crunchy and fruity juicy. Can’t wait to try these kind snaks on my sunny afternoon with my feet in the sand ive never had the pleasure and boy oh boy do they look good. “Growl” there goes my tummy again!

I like to put granola on top of oatmeal and add almond milk!

I would make a parfait with the granola and some yogurt, or bake a fruit dessert and use the granola as a healthier crust option

I luckily stumbled upon KIND bars at a Health Grocery Store; I grabbed a couple to try them out. I figured if they look good, they must taste good? Yes, is the answer they do taste as good as they look so I feel safe knowing KIND Healthy Grains too will excite my taste buds and not challenge my midsection. Like most non-early birds I rush to work without eating my breakfast so as I’m in my office starting my work day I scarf my yogurt down my throat hoping no phone calls or coworkers interruptions occur. Yet with the sweet innovation of cluster KIND Healthy Grains I now can incorporate sprinkles into my morning yogurt to help boost my motivation to perform wonders, or at least to provide me with enough energy to hold me over for lunch hour.
