Meal Delivery
At Healthy Bites, it is our mission to provide you with convenient, "good for you food". As a registered dietitian and chef, Katie has trained our staff to address all of your special needs including allergies, food intolerances and dietary restrictions. All meals are prepared fresh using only the highest quality ingredients free of hormones, antibiotics and pesticides. Healthy Bites believes in "Green Cuisine", eating healthy for your body and the planet. Food products are locally sourced from Lancaster Farm Fresh, Red Hill Farm, CSA in Media, PA, farmers markets and other local producers.

Pre-portioned and packaged for your convenience in microwave safe containers
- Both microwave and oven reheating instructions will be provided at your request

- Meals can be portioned out to assist with weight loss and/or to meet your specific calorie needs
- No long term commitment…place orders on a week to week basis or as needed

Deliveries are twice a week on Sunday and Thursday
- Off day deliveries are available, just ask!

- Turkey Meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes
- Balsamic and Roasted pepper tofu
- Asian Tofu with snap peas
- Ratatouille stuffed tomato with roasted potatoes
- Pasta with spinach and feta chicken sausage, ricotta cheese, mushrooms and tomato
- Pesto salmon or chicken with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli
- Turkey chili with brown rice
- Pork or chicken with mushrooms and roasted peppers, balsamic glaze, smashed potatoes and green beans
- Pasta with shrimp, tri-color peppers, asparagus and roasted tomatoes
- Balsamic and rosemary glazed chicken with roasted asparagus and roasted potatoes
- Nut crusted tilapia with citrus couscous and roasted asparagus
- Crab cakes with olive and roasted red pepper tapenade, mixed veggies, brown rice
- Spring herb Halibut with veggie rice, zucchini and sweet peas
- Pasta with light pesto, chicken or shrimp, roasted peppers, asparagus, and mushrooms
- Monk fish with spinach, saffron and tomato broth, brown rice
- Roasted Salmon with dill, yellow squash and herb rice
- Orange sesame salmon with roasted asparagus and brown rice
- Parmesan chicken or fish with roasted potatoes and green beans
